We are currently working with an Industry Leading Performance Marketing Agency based in the West end. They provide cutting-edge digital solutions for some of the biggest names in live entertainment fashion and e-commerce. Their data-driven expertise in strategic digital marketing consultancy and digital marketing insight is built on years of commercial experience.

The Role:
After a period of rapid growth, they are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Account Director to take charge of a selection of theatre and e-comm accounts. You’ll work with paid media account managers and executives across some of their largest clients, overseeing strategy, planning and day to day execution across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social and Display.
The role requires direct experience in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads,
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and DV360.
The nature of the role also demands a track record of working directly with clients to plan,
execute and measure successful campaigns across a range of budgets as well as a
demonstrated high level of flexibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
As Account Director you’ll have a range of key responsibilities, including:
  • Working closely with the members of the Executive team to develop innovative and
target-oriented performance marketing strategies for our clients
  • Overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimisation of performance marketing
campaigns whilst establishing and reporting on suitable KPIs
  • Checking in regularly on account health and performance and delegating key actions to
the performance team, ensuring a data-led approach to campaign management
  • Day-to-day management of all aspects of your account team, including identifying key
areas for development and setting target-oriented goals
  • Overseeing the maintenance of digital media plans and budget sheets to ensure all data
is accurate and in line with client requirements
  • Drawing insight from third party analytics data and implementing innovative management
techniques to maximise campaign performance
  • Contributing to new business proposals and pitches, bringing in platform expertise and
making recommendations based on experience and best practice
  • Participating in internal and external meetings regarding current and future projects
  • Assisting with workload management and identifying areas of growth and wastage, to
make sure the team are spending their time efficiently and profitably
  • Working closely with channel leads to ensure we’re always following best practice across
accounts, whilst analysing and assessing performance of past Digital campaigns.

Experience of managing digital marketing account teams
Impeccable attention to detail in all areas of your work
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to
communicate complicated information in a straightforward way to clients
Proven practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint
Ablity to thrive when working under pressure to strict deadlines, in a constantly changing environment, whilst maintaining a professional service
Highly developed creative problem solving skills.
