The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that bring our mission to life. You’ll create engaging, FCA-compliant content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and client communications—driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and fuelling growth among high-net-worth individuals. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you’ll execute the editorial calendar, support user journeys, and contribute to overarching business objectives.
This is a dynamic position for a creative wordsmith who thrives in a fast-paced environment, blending AI ideation, audience insights, and strategic copy to build trust and advocacy. You’ll manage full content creation, including reels, podcasts, videos, motion graphics, and creative design, ensuring seamless multi-channel experiences that attract qualified prospects and engage our influential community.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
Develop compelling, FCA-compliant copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and client communications. Collaborate with PR agencies and creative freelancers to produce multimedia content, including video storyboards, podcast scripts, and webinar assets.
- Editorial Calendar Delivery:
Execute the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, high-quality content aligned with brand goals and user journeys.
- Social Media Strategy:
Create posts, reels, and videos to boost engagement and attract high-net-worth prospects across owned platforms.
- Growth Strategy Contribution:
Identify winning content formats and personalised strategies for C-suite audiences.
- Data-Driven Insights:
Analyse sentiment and behavioural data to optimise content performance.
- User Journey Support:
Craft content aligned with product activations and brand experiences, applying SEO and AI-powered best practices.
- Editing and Proofreading:
Ensure clarity, consistency, cohesion, and compliance across all content.
- Collaboration:
Work across teams to fulfil broader content requirements.
- Performance Tracking:
Measure success using KPIs and refine content based on insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a copywriter, content manager, or similar role, ideally in financial services, premium lifestyle brands, or B2C marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Exceptional ability to write engaging, concise, and FCA-compliant copy.
- Skilled in AI tools for content ideation, SEO principles, and multimedia production.
- Experience interrogating sentiment and behavioural data to inform content strategies.
- Hands-on experience with reels, video production, graphic design, and podcasts.
- Proficiency with CMS, email platforms, analytics tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital content and thought leadership.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
