This team caters for the learning requirements of two main client cohorts: financial intermediary banker and advisor networks and institutional clients providing product agnostic tools and resources to support successful client conversations and development.
Role:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Cloud Specialist to support our authoring team and ensure seamless content management workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), CRX/DE repository management, and translation connector integration. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Primary Responsibilities and essential functions:
Key Responsibilities
- Authoring Support
- Assist marketing content authors with AEM Cloud tools, templates, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot authoring issues and provide best practices for content creation and publishing.
- Managing blueprints, live copies, and rollout workflows.
- Managing content and experience fragments, DAM assets

AEM Cloud Administration
- Manage and configure AEM Cloud environments, including dispatcher caching and replication settings.
CRX/DE Repository Management
- Navigate and manage JCR nodes, permissions, and versioning using CRX/DE.
- Optimize repository structures for performance and scalability.
Translation Connector Integration
- Configure and maintain translation connectors for multilingual content workflows.
- Collaborate with localization teams to streamline translation processes and ensure accuracy.
Continuous Integration & Deployment
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments, including SDK upgrades and stability checks.
- Support automated testing (unit and integration) for AEM components and services.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with development and authoring teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service.
- Proficiency in CRX/DE, OSGi, Sling, and AEM component development.
- Knowledge of translation connectors, APIs, and multilingual site structures.
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills to support authoring teams and collaborate across departments.
