- Set the overall vision and strategic plan for membership growth.
- Identify companies within the media value chain who would benefit from the networking, insight and profile the company’s delivers.
- Understand the strategic priorities of potential members and how the company membership could help deliver them.
- Be a public face for the company, attending a range of company and industry events. In particular they will lead on membership sales and account management at the industry’s major trade shows (NAB and IBC).
- Work with member companies to increase their engagement. You’ll support them to help more individuals engage more deeply with the company, driving more value for member companies and helping secure their membership renewal - reducing our overall churn.
- Alongside the Head of Sponsorship, drive value growth by identifying opportunities for member companies to sponsor their outputs or commission bespoke engagements from the company.
- Build relationships with key individuals in their member companies.
- Collaborate with our technology team to build the processes and tools
