The Role:
Our client is looking to bring on board a Brand Marketing Specialist in the Omnichannel Retail team. They want someone who has a real passion for Marketing and delivering winning results.
As the Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supercharging digital transactions across the business on their App, Web, Kiosk and Delivery channels. They are looking for someone to challenge the status quo to put digital adoption at the front of how they retail.
Responsibilities:- Increase acquisition to digital channels using targeted retail mechanics that are relevant to the channel strategy
- Leverage data and insight to ideate, build, test and implement retail mechanics with the cross functional team to drive digital growth
- Utilise technology and new features across channels to maximise the commercial opportunity
- Work with Brand Team on digital marketing initiatives to drive acquisition through product activations
- Close partnership and collaboration with the Aggregators (Uber Eats, Just Eat & Deliveroo) to identify and unlock opportunities that will drive transaction growth across both new and existing users of the brand
- Manage and influence JBP commitments with aggregators
- 3-4 years of experience within Digital Marketing, brand building and/or e-commerce
- Excellent understanding of trading across e-commerce channels
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of driving both top and bottom line growth
- You will need a growth mindset that allows the brand to disrupt category conventions and to be prepared to test and learn, fail and try again.
- You are a self-starter and has bias for action in driving your objectives in the organisation
- You will need to be articulate in delivering your message, with the ability to communicate both verbally and visually across all levels of the business. You can convert complex messages to a simple and impactful one.
