Job summary:
As the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be responsible for developing our product strategy in alignment with the business strategy. You’ll be managing a cross functional team of Product Managers, UX & Technical Writing across London, India and Mexico to deliver on the product goals.

This is a critical senior leadership role for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of software engineering, data analytics and a proven track record of P&L ownership. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our product roadmap, accelerating growth and ensuring our offerings continue to ensure customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
- Full ownership of the product P&L, driving revenue growth, market share expansion and profitability through strategic product development and lifecycle management.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, research, design, development, launch, and iteration. Develop and manage a robust product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as a leader who not only understands but actively leverages software engineering metrics to guide the product roadmap. You will use data on system performance, developer velocity, and other key engineering metrics to identify product opportunities, improve efficiency, and ensure our products are built for scalability and long-term success.
- Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing product organisation, including managing, managers, leaders and product managers. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement within a team of 10+ individuals.
- Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and other departments to ensure seamless product development, launch and adoption. Champion a collaborative and agile approach across the organisation.
- Act as a key customer advocate, deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and market trends. Engage directly with customers to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications
Â
Skills and Experience You’ll Need to Succeed:
Â
- Extensive experience in a senior product leadership role (e.g., Global Head of Product, CPO, or similar) within a software or technology business, preferably in a company with 200-2,000 employees.
- Deep expertise in software engineering and data analytics, with a specific focus on using software engineering metrics to inform product strategy. Your career has been defined by using this data, not just general analytics, to make strategic product decisions, optimise engineering efforts and create products that are technically sound and commercially successful.
- Proven track record of building and delivering solutions for persona ranging from software engineers up to CIO/CTOs.
- A track record of successfully managing P&L, demonstrating a clear ability to drive revenue and foster significant business growth.
- Proven experience in building, leading and scaling high-performing product teams, including managing managers and multiple product lines (10+ direct/indirect reports).
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment. Adept at navigating cross-functional complexities and driving alignment across departments.
- Confident and articulate in engaging with customers, partners, and stakeholders, with a proven ability to translate market insights into product innovation.
- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans and deliver tangible results.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
