The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to cover a 15-month maternity leave.
The Head of Marketing is responsible for defining and executing a marketing strategy that drives business growth, strengthens brand equity, and supports commercial success. The role is accountable to both internal stakeholders across the company, and external vendor partners who invest in joint marketing initiatives. It requires a strategic thinker with strong operational execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment skills.

Key Responsibilities
Â
- Design, lead and deliver annual marketing strategy that elevates the company’s external profile, and directly contributes to pipeline and growth goals.
- Secure co-marketing investment from key vendor partners (e.g., NICE, Amazon, Zendesk) and ensure delivery of high-impact shared campaigns that meet shared KPIs.
- Monitor marketing performance and impact against core business objectives, report on KPIs to both internal and external stakeholders, and continuously optimise based on insights.
- Own and manage the marketing budget (6-figure), ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, tools, and events, while maximising ROI and meeting both internal and vendor expectations. Track all spend and ensure adherence to required budgets.
- Oversee and support with hands on logistics surrounding the delivery of industry events and customer showcases to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Oversee and support with the creation of compelling content including newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials tailored to their customer base.
- Oversee, create and manage a suite of internal enablement materials - including datasheets, brochures, and PowerPoint decks - that support the sales team in articulating the company’s value proposition and solutions.
- Line manages the Marketing Manager, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure delivery of marketing objectives.
- Work with an external agency to manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's public image and manage media relations.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B, Technology or SaaS Marketing is highly desirable – even better if you’ve got experience across the CX/Contact Centre industry!  Â
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Exposure to channel/partner marketing programs is desirable but not essential  Â
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and CMSÂ Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator etc  Â
