We are looking for a Marketing Executive with strong copy writing/editing flair, great relationship building skills, good attention to detail and planning/organisational skill, the ability to use data to tell great brand stories, and a love of multitasking. The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Executive to take their marketing career to the next level, by helping drive three leading B2B brands to further growth in the vibrant hospitality, tech & IT markets (part of this global digital business Group).
You’ll support delivery on the marketing strategy for two of the brands which are the UK’s largest and most successful job boards as they continue its growth in the UK Tech & IT market.
This is a busy, varied role with delivery across multiple marketing channels. You’ll get close to the markets they serve and the customers and partners within them, to best position their brands at their heart. You’ll work alongside the sales and specialist delivery teams across the business to power the brands forward against objectives through their vibrant range of outputs. These include PR, digital and live events, site copy and content, social media, video, podcasts, webinars, plus performance data, market insights and product comms. This role reports into the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities include:- Plan, create and deliver B2B focused brand marketing outputs which drive customer awareness, acquisition, and retention against objectives.
- Enable asset delivery across multiple channels and touchpoints, including PR, content, events, partnerships, and sales comms.
- Maintain a strong focus on the customer, market, and competitive environment.
- Create brand messaging that translates across all touchpoints for our key audience groups
- Liaise with our external PR agency to deliver on significant campaigns through the year
- Liaise with our Events Team to create and deliver outstanding events (digital and live) that engage customer groups.
- Collate and translate data into customer and sales insight that drives results.
- Engage and manage external suppliers and partners to successfully deliver required outputs
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver an aligned sales and marketing approach
