The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager to develop and implement new customer acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for the growth of new customers through data-driven targeted marketing activityfor ourB2B eCommerce channel. You will be part of our eCommerce team and report into our Senior eCommerce Manager, supporting them in delivering customer and revenue growth. You’ll be part of a creative, hardworking, and friendly team, working in a collaborative and innovative environment with key stakeholders across the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the growth of new customers and driving quality traffic to the eCommerce site from all digital channels
- Developing and implementing new customer acquisition strategiesresponding to the acquisition targets of the business
- Taking ownership of the budget, tracking, and reporting
- Oversee creation, communication, and execution of campaigns, as well as day to day management and delivery
- Manage external agencies (including affiliates, paid media, and digital marketing)
- Build strong and effective relationships with internal cross functional teams to support and enable plans
- Evaluating success of acquisition channels
- Expand and improve reporting to gain a better understanding of customer behaviour through actionable data
Skills & Experience:- At least 5 years’ experience of running marketing acquisition focused campaigns
- Analytical, data driven marketing expertise that bases decisions on insights and facts
- Background in defining strategies across digital, with a strong track record of delivering growth
- Digital all-rounder, you will be experienced in a range of Digital Acquisition tactics: PPC, SEO, social media, paid media, eCRM, Affiliates, content programmes
- A strong communicator and collaborator able to work closely with your peers to achieve mutual goals
- Third party agency management experience
- Exposure to marketing analytics tools to enable data-centric campaign strategies and thorough evaluation of success
- Commercially focused
