The Organisation:
Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with an international fintech high-growth business. This company have created an innovative app that helps kids learn to manage money in a digital and cashless world, and you would be joining their fast-growing team. Our clients product teams turn their vision into reality. Each product team is responsible for
executing a strategy which is core to that vision, from growth, through financial pillars, financial literacy, family network, payments and more. Product teams are cross-functional, with their own design and tech resources, so each team can work as a mini-start up to independently execute and measure the success of their strategy.
The Role:
They are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to create best-in-class triggered journeys for their users in both the US and UK, with a focus on the US as our priority market. Reporting into the Head of Engagement, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities in their existing user journeys and concepting solutions, then working with their creative team and data engineers to deliver them.
What you’ll do:
  • Create new CRM lifecycle journeys for members, with a focus on improving user engagement and retention
  • Have a direct impact on key business objectives, including driving app downloads and usage, conversion from free trial to paying customer, and reducing churn
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to drive adoption of new features through triggered communications
  • Continually optimise their CRM through rigorous testing, monitoring industry trends and identifying new opportunities
  • Work across email, push, SMS and in-app channels, and take a hands-on approach to creating content in our ESP (Salesforce)
  • Report on key performance metrics to the wider team

  • 4+ years CRM experience, ideally in a high-growth environment and with a focus on triggered lifecycle journeys
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud super user (certified preferred)
  • Experience delivering CRM for the US market – beneficial
  • A data-driven approach to testing, learning and optimising
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong self-starter who can take initiative and identify new opportunities
  • Experience building emails using HTML, CSS and Salesforce Content Builder – beneficial
