ob Type: 12 months maternity cover
Salary: £70,000 - £79,000 + Generous bonus
Location: London Hybrid/WFH 3days a week in the Office

The Role
As Head of Digital Marketing and CRM, you will take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital and direct marketing acquisition strategies for the company. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Main tasks
Digital and Direct Marketing responsibilities include:- Constantly optimising digital marketing strategy to drive engagement at every step of the funnel, across channels and contributing to business growth, including: SEO/SEM, leveraging first party data, marketing automation, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measuring and reporting on performance of all marketing campaigns and assessing these against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Preparing and managing team budget.
- Identifying trends and insights and staying up to date with digital technology developments, testing and learning new approaches and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
- Managing prospecting plan, forecasting sales performance, and acting proactively to increase our market segment
- Liaising with Product, Brand, Content & Social, Telemarketing and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies and campaign tactics
CRM Responsibilities include:- Championing and identifying opportunities to add value to the business
- Segmenting data to support insights into marketing campaigns
- Providing quality campaign data

Key Performance Indicators- Achieve targets for new business:
- Digital and direct marketing leads, conversion rates and revenue generated
- ROI (cost per lead, cost per deal) and team budget allocation
- Delivery of operations respecting time, budget, and quality constraints
- Use & engagement levels of the CRM system
- Data Quality
- Innovative technologies brought into the business
- Quality of content
Complexity requires- Ability to understand, engage with and manage multi-faceted teams at a high level to ensure delivery of growth objectives.
- Change management: promoting new ways of working
- Proven experience as a senior digital marketing professional managing a team
- +6 years Digital marketing
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Highly motivated, hands-on, can-do attitude, enthusiastic and passionate about Digital channel
- Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and Digital Marketing best practices
- Strong project management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns (including experience with marketing automation and nurturing programs).
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel’s function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
