Email Marketing Executive
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Location: London Hybrid/WFH 3 days a week flexible

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join the UK’s leading tech training provider. They are specialists in technology providing a collection of talent and training services helping individuals and companies be winners in the digital revolution. They specialise in the people side of technology and provide a supported and fun working environment for their employees.
THE ROLE
Responsible for creating and delivering email marketing and automation campaigns to effectively take their services to market, specifically focused on lead generation goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Create, deliver email marketing campaigns to effectively target different customer groups
- Creation of landing pages and data capture forms related to email campaigns.
- Responsible for creating the external newsletters
- Perform A/B testing to continually learn and improve on campaign results
- Ongoing analysis of current/previous email marketing campaigns for optimisation of future campaigns
- Measure results and optimise lead nurturing workflows
- Work with key stakeholders and assist with copy to deliver compelling propositions and marketing messages that resonate with the target audiences
- Deliver marketing activities on time and within budget, with a core focus on lead generation
- Ensure campaign materials are shared with key stakeholders
- Responsible for reporting on email marketing results to stakeholders
- To ensure GDPR regulations are adhered to across all aspects of the role
- KPIs & SLAs
- Drive stakeholder strategy and campaign planning by analysing performance and KPIS
- Maintain and exceed email metrics
- Demonstration of high- quality content rich email newsletters
- Management of email platform and customer database to ensure KPIs are met

Your Competencies- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies, and best practice
- Track record of using email as a lead generation channel
- Experience of delivering sophisticated email marketing projects
- Highly analytical, creative, and versatile marketer with a passion for digital
- Strong insight and analysis experience. Able to distil and present complex information in an interesting and accessible way
- Able to work collaboratively and sustain effective working relationships with diverse colleagues, partners, and clients
Your Experience- 3+ years of marketing experience including email-marketing, deliverability, testing, and automation
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Marketing automation and platforms (HubSpot)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge
- Some HTML experience but not essential
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
- GDPR regulations
Your knowledge- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Strong project management skills
Your Qualifications- Educated to degree-level, ideally in Marketing or a related subject or up to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Holding a professional marketing qualification will be advantageous
