Salary: £60,000 plus bonus & package

The Role:
Reporting directly to their Group Head of Admissions, you’ll lead the CRM product team, working collaboratively with IT, regional and local MAC (Marketing, Admissions & Communications) colleagues, to drive forward and bring to life their CRM vision across their global family of schools
 
everything they do in is guided by their Family Experience Journey. This is their blueprint for their MAC operations, and is enabled by Salesforce, their CRM technology partner. Providing their families the very best marketing and admissions experience ensures that their enrolment journey with us is as strong as the educational journey their children will take in their schools.
 
As an expert in business to system processes for (Salesforce) CRM, you’ll ensure a holistic and personalised experience for their families, regardless of touchpoint or channel they interact with us in. You’ll be relentless in your pursuit for a golden view of customer data, and will use your data and analytics skills to raise the bar in terms of dashboards and reporting. You’ll also capture and maintain a backlog of future enhancements and continuous improvements required to support the business and admissions teams in optimising the solution capability.
 
It’s a critical role to build upon a solid foundation, ensuring that the overarching MAC strategy, and specifically admissions and digital strategies, are enabled to support their growth objectives.
 
What you will do:  
  • Support Group Head of Admissions to develop their Family Experience Journey, to ensure that every family receives a first-class experience across all touch-points
  • Advise how Salesforce CRM can best enable their family experience vision
  • Advise how marketing automation can work in conjunction with Salesforce, to enable an even richer experience for their families, working across MAC to align inter-department strategies (brand, comms, digital & research)
  • Evolve and develop the CRM and marketing automation roadmap across the organisation
  • Identify objectives and advise on suitable measurement strategies
  • Create business cases as appropriate for development projects and sell-in to the wider business
  • Work with technology partners to ensure that they’re getting the best from them, and that future innovations are built into their roadmap
  • Gather requirements from across the organisation to feed into the product back-log
  • Manage the CRM product budget
  • Lead the CRM product team to manage the roll-out schedule or new releases and evaluation of proposed solutions in terms of cost, timelines and quality (fit-for-purpose), including scope sign-off, agile development, UAT sign-off and training plans
  • Unlock the capability of Salesforce dashboards and reporting, helping colleagues from across the organisation to get the most from CRM data and insights
  • Manage working groups of stakeholders from across the group to develop CRM product enhancements & optimistation strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Have a continuous roadmap of product optimisation, test & learn to drive conversion rate improvement
  • Ensure that through CRM we can track, monitor and take action on admissions team performance across the organisation
What they’re looking for:  
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferable
  • Experience in customer focused, product management roles
  • Hands on experience leading Salesforce CRM projects
  • Expertise across CRM – Sales, Marketing and Digital Engagement to act as a trusted advisor to the business teams – guiding and steering them to optimise technology and drive enhancements to enable growth
  • Experience as a product owner or product manager with a technology and data-focused organisation
  • Marketing automation experience preferable
  • Experience of leading large-scale, global CRM projects
  • Knowledge of CRM best practice across industries
  • Change management experience in multi-functional systems integration roles
  • First class program management skills, time management and prioritisation
  • Experience working in cross-functional organisation matrix management
  • Fluent with data and analysis
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel for producing project reports and presentations
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs and ROI.
