The Role:
You’ll help us maintain our market leading position by making smarter decisions, deriving insight from data and research from across the business. You’ll explain the complex in simple and engaging ways to colleagues across the world, to drive performance and help us to change the face of education.
As a genuine team-player, you’ll work across our central, regional, and local marketing, admissions and communications teams to improve measurement frameworks and ensure they are aligned with objectives. Everything we do is connected to our Family Experience Journey, and your job will be to ensure that we are using data at every single stage to inform action.
Digital tracking, KPI dashboards, forecasting, data mining, statistical analysis, predictive systems, and ROI modelling is what gets you out of bed in the mornings. And there’s nothing you love more than a cross-channel performance report to start your day off on the right foot!
This is a key role in our Global MAC (Marketing, Admissions & Communications) team, and you’ll be joining at an exciting time as our business goes through another stage of digital transformation.
What you will do:- You’ll contribute regularly to team discussions about MAC projects and initiatives.
- You’ll help us drive the adoption of a data-driven mindset within the Group
- Ensure that all our 70+ school websites are effectively tracking all Digital activity, with conversions accurately recorded for reporting purposes.
- Work together with the Website Development team to ensure that any new school websites go through a standardised process for digital tracking and tagging.
- Work together with the Paid Media team to ensure that all other platforms are using appropriate tags and processes for conversions and remarketing groups.
- Develop a deep understanding of online user behavior and user journey optimization to generate actionable optimization insights
- Work in partnership with our reporting agency to delivery quality reports for our 70+ schools on key metrics
- Identify performance trends and be able to translate this into actionable insight
What we’re looking for:- You’ll have a good understanding and previous experience of using digital analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics)
- You’ll be a strong communicator and able to translate data and explain key insights to stakeholders
- You’ll have strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports and presentations.
- You’ll have excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.
- Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.
