Using a unique mix of digital platforms, end-to-end clearing, and execution services my client provide access to 36 derivatives exchanges, hundreds of foreign exchange markets, nearly every global securities marketplace and several bi-lateral liquidity venues.  They deliver this access with support throughout the entire lifecycle of a trade – from consulting and intelligence to post-trade clearing, custody, and settlement, enabling clients to use the global markets network to achieve their business goals through one trusted partner.

The Role
Innovate and help drive allSEO activity for the region(s) you will be managing to improve key metrics and deliver outstanding ROI.
Monitor and contribute toward the ASO strategy.
Own each assigned SEO task from inception to reporting of results.
Managing, training, and supporting team members.
Optimise all facets of SEO for your region(s) to drive maximum organic growth.
Be a technical SEO evangelist by directing and managing all on-site audits and implementations to ensure SEO best practices are followed and adhered to (e.g., CWV, structured data, etc.).
Proactively keep abreast of industry news, search engine updates and new trends.
Share useful insights with the team to ensure the company is at the forefront of SEO innovation.
Report to senior stakeholders to highlight return on investment and progress achieved on KPIs.
Leverage, create and contribute to content strategies to maximise SEO growth.
Ensure content and technical SEO considerations are always considered.
Help internal teams to better understand search engines and help them drive organic growth.
Working closely with a variety of internal/external teams as well as regional offices to identify commercial SEO growth areas and to ensure SEO is prioritised.
Be a SEO evangelist within the company by showing how SEO can improve overall conversions.
Work with the Head of SEO to define the regional strategy and deliver outstanding ROI.
Undertaking backling audits & collaborating toward/managing white-hat link building campaigns.
 

Knowledge and Experience

  • ASO experience.
  • Experience managing and training more junior SEO team members.
  • International SEOexperience- working on globaldomain(s)with multiple websites for different regions/languages that receive traffic from multiple search engines.
  • Experience / knowledge of CFD trading, spread betting or investing would be an advantage.
  • Experience working in a regulated financial company would be an advantage.
  • Extensive experience working with industry tools: GA, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ranking signals for the most important search engines.
  • Advanced technical SEO knowledge.
  • Experience managing and executing modern white-hat link-building campaigns.
  • Great knowledge around important SEO verticals and rich results: news, video, GMB, etc.
  • Strong overall understanding of how content impacts SEO efforts and how to optimise for it.
