We are currently working with an Industry Leading Performance Marketing Agency in Central London

They specialise in Live Entertainment but work with clients across Fashion, Music, Theatre, Events and Hospitality, Financial Services and E-commerce.

The Role:
As Performance Marketing Account Director, you’ll work across some of the Sine's largest clients and oversee strategy, planning and day to day execution across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social and Display. Working with account managers and executives on the paid media team, your core focus will be on delivering advanced digital advertising campaignsand overseeing the performance marketing strategy for a range of exciting brands. The role requires direct experience in performance marketing platforms such as SA360, DV360,Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
They’re looking for ahighly skilled, ambitiousand positive teamleader. The right candidate will have direct experience overseeing digital advertising campaigns across multiple Ad platforms, for large accounts. You will be approachable, supportive and accountable for the performance and outputs of key client accounts and other team members. You’ll be data driven and have experience planning and executing complex digital campaigns.
Role:- Plan and build performance marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, Instagram.
- Act as a platform specialist within Sine and work with the Account teams and Business Directors tospot new opportunities for upsell growth and deliver best in class services to our clients.
- Support account executives with day to day tasks across a variety of accounts and prioritise daily tasks.
- Manage day to day responsibilities and optimisation of all performance marketing activity across multiple client accounts. Maintain digital plans and financials to ensure all data is accurate and inline with client requirements.
- Produce weekly reports and closely monitor client accounts to ensure all activity is drivingperformance and strong returns. Draw insight from third party analytics data and implement innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performance.
- Contribute to Sine’s evolving approach to performance marketing best practice, by keeping abreast of new developments within the digital advertising space and making recommendations to both internal teams and clients regarding trends and techniques.
- Contribute to new business proposals and pitches, bringing in platform expertise and making recommendations based on experience and best practice.
- Participate in internal and external meetings regarding current and future projects. ● Attend available relevant training sessions
Experience and skills:- Proven experience running campaigns in DV360, GCM and Google Ads platforms is essential. Some experience in Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad platforms would be desirable but not required.
- An in-depth understanding of real-time auction bidding and how DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges & Networks work together.
- Experience in negotiating and executing direct deals with publishers.
- Aptitude using Microsoft Office or Google Drive Applications, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confidence presenting to clients and managing client relationships.
- Experience of leading and supporting junior team members.
- Familiarity with the entertainment and theatre industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
