We are is currently working with an Industry Leading Performance Marketing Agency in Central London
They offer Social Media Advertising, PPC, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Digital Auditing & Market Research, Creative Content, Web Development, Email Marketing and Analytics & Insights.
They specialise in Live Entertainment but work with clients across Fashion, Music, Theatre, Events and Hospitality, Financial Services and E-commerce.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the team by supporting the Account Directors to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns for an exciting range of brands. You’ll also work with dedicated Account Executives for support and to prioritise daily tasks. The role requires knowledge and direct experience in Google Marketing Platform, including DV360 and Google Campaign Manager, as well as experience running YouTube campaigns in DV360 and/or Google Ads.
They’re looking for an ambitious and positive team player who is passionate about performance marketing and progressing their career in digital marketing. The right candidate will be data driven and have direct experience planning and executing complex performance marketing campaigns across one or multiple Ad platforms. You will be approachable and supportive to other team members, as well as accountable for performance and outputs on key client accounts.
Role:- Planning and optimising programmatic display and video campaigns with a clear testing approach and actionable analysis to drive results for clients
- Owning client relationships and producing insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs
- Establishing relationships with publishers to secure guaranteed and private marketplace deals
- Driving forward programmatic strategy, including partnering with data providers and creative partners to gain access to the best audiences and creative formats possible
- Generating creative insights and liaising with Creative to produce top performing banners, videos and rich media creative
- Act as a programmatic specialist and work with the Account teams and Business Directors to spot new opportunities for upsell growth and deliver best in class services to our clients
- Shape agency processes, best practices and tech automation
- Support Account Executives with training as well as day to day tasks across a variety of accounts to prioritise daily tasks.
- Manage day to day responsibilities and optimisation of all performance marketing activity across multiple client accounts. Maintain digital plans and financials to ensure all data is accurate and inline with client requirements.
- Contribute to evolving approach to performance marketing best practice, by keeping abreast of new developments within the digital advertising space and making recommendations to both internal teams and clients regarding trends and techniques.
- Contribute to new business proposals and pitches, bringing in platform expertise and making recommendations based on experience and best practice
Experience and skills:- Proven experience running campaigns in DV360, GCM and Google Ads platforms is essential. Some experience in Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad platforms would be desirable but not required.
- An in-depth understanding of real-time auction bidding and how DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges & Networks work together.
- Experience in negotiating and executing direct deals with publishers.
- Aptitude using Microsoft Office or Google Drive Applications, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confidence presenting to clients and managing client relationships.
- Experience of leading and supporting junior team members.
- Familiarity with the entertainment and theatre industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
