The Role:
As strategists, we play a pivotal role across the agencies core capabilities: Experience Design, Brand Strategy and Design, Technology and Data, and Organisational Engagement.
Their mission is to enhance the everyday through intelligent and beautifully crafted experiences. To that end, their strategy team are masters of flex—they develop customer experience strategies, they design and facilitate research, we look for the nugget of insight that anchors a brand strategy, we concept new propositions for services and experiences, we prototype ideas alongside developers and designers, we define business KPIs with our clients.
They thrive on new interesting challenges, and they are natural collaborators, building on the expertise of colleagues from different disciplines to create the right solution.

Core Responsibilities:
As a strategy director and leader on multiple accounts and projects, you’ll be expected to:
  • Develop and drive digital experience strategies across a range of accounts.
  • Craft brand strategies that drive differentiation and inspire a distinctive and impactful experiences.
  • Collaborate with and lead multidisciplinary teams, with an understanding of what good looks like for creative, copy, UX-led outputs.
  • Work alongside the Client Experience team to fully understand our clients’ challenges and develop approaches that deliver measurable impact for their business.
  • Cultivate a curiosity for human behaviour, motivations and beliefs on projects, creating empathy for the user, the customer and our clients.
  • Be an adept C-suite presenter and confident in guiding all levels and disciplines at the agency through large-scale and complex engagements.
  • Keep up with CX innovations and digital experience trends and apply them to project thinking.
  • Grow the junior members of the strategy team.
  • Contribute to growth through existing relationships as well as leading pitches and proposals.
  • Refine and develop the agency’s strategy. Be a thought leader internally and externally.
  • Help evolve the agencies strategic offer, including creating and refining the tools, frameworks, models, methodologies and processes our client uses internally and with clients.
  • Have 8+ years’ experience in relevant agency, consultancy or client-side roles.
  • Work in the office 1 - 2 days a week and travel to client offices when necessary for meetings and workshops. We work remotely 3 - 4 days a week.  
Key Skills.
  • Ability to develop key strategic artifacts, including customer experience journeys, personas, brand strategy frameworks, brand ecosystems maps, research insights reports and creative briefs
  • Experience creating strategies for multifaceted brand ecosystems (platforms, products and services, content and communications)
  • Powerful and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pivot between the details of a client’s business and visionary, big picture thinking
  • Experience in designing and facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews and other research methodologies – in person or remotely
  • Ability to unearth insights from a range of data sources
  • Experience in defining business objectives and requirements
  • Strong people-facing and relationship management skills
  • Numerate, comfortable around both data and research
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to self-manage smaller projects
  • Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
