The Organisation:

The Digital Recruitment Company is currently working  with a global market leader for art materials. Their premium brands have played an important role in the creative industry for centuries. Artists all over the world are fans of their beloved and famous brand portfolio.

The Key Role Functions:

This is a hands-on role, reporting into the Lifecycle & Email Strategist, and working closely with brand, web, ecommerce and social teams to deliver their growth and retention strategy for their brands. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of triggered marketing automations and lifecycle programs.

  • Develop and maintain the global lifecycle calendar for their brands.
  • Implement various triggered email campaigns and other marketing automations, including running of tests to continually optimise.
  • Identify new gated content and other lead generation opportunities with the brand teams to continually drive subscriber growth for their brands throughout the year.
  • Brief content to the brand teams and other content producers, adapting new assets and master copy where necessary
  • Work closely with the paid social team to set up new audience feeds for look-a-like and lead generation targeting.
  • Collaborate with local e-commerce teams to support promotional activity by building relevant target segments and communications, as well as identifying further conversion opportunities.
  • Work with the web team to leverage their Lifecycle/ CRM to personalise onsite elements including product / content recommendations, web layers and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement various AB tests, reporting on test results to continually learn and optimise what resonates with their increasingly diverse audiences.
  • Contribute to monthly reports, including KPI tracker, working with the strategist and analyst to proactively suggest ways to optimise and improve future Lifecycle initiatives based on data & insights.
  • Hands on experience in a similar role, setting up B2C marketing emails and automations is important .
  • Highly analytical and data literate – able to interpret data, extract insights and communicate them in a clear way
  • Experience using marketing automation / CRM platforms (Exponea).
  • Ideally some HTML / Jinja knowledge.
  • Knowledge of art materials & artist community beneficial
  • Good understanding of the digital ecosystem
  • CRM platform vendors (e.g. Exponea)
