The Role:
My client are looking fora Digital Marketing specialist coordinator you will be the primary source of support with the UK Head of Digital. Supporting in creating and implementing the Digital Marketing Strategy for Brands. The mission also consist in leading some core projects such as Salesforce CRM B2B and B2C acting a project manager, Social Media from brief to live to KPI’s analysis, creating brand content optimize for the UK market, managing the front and back office of our D2C platform. You will work hand-in-hand with Head of Digital and UK Brand Managers to plan and execute brand awareness & engagement initiatives aligned with each brand’s image and business goals.
The responsibilities of the role:
Key responsibilities:- Act as a Salesforce CRM Project Manager
- Act a Corporate Website Project Manager
- Content strategy across all Digital Channels ( E-Retailers, Online bricks, Amazon, E-Commerce, Newsletters, Corporate Websites, etc… )
- Support the Head of Digital in the full Management of our D2C platform
- Support the Head of Digital in the coordination of our Social Media Channels with our Agency
- Online reputation management for the brands
- Support the Head of Digital in the full Management of our Amazon platform.
- Create Visuals for Newsletters and Banners ( Photoshop/InDesign experience is needed )
- Transform the Full Scope Marketing Strategies from the UK Brand Manager and transform them into Digital Marketing Strategies, supporting her Head of Digital
- KPI’s Analysis of all Digital Activities, presenting data to your team weekly using any multiple assessment Platform including Google Analytics ( You must be very excellent in analytics )
- Liaise with various digital agencies on projects
- BS/MS degree in digital marketing or a related work field
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including the use of a CRM
- Able to work on projects independently, with a self-starting mindset
- Competency in managing multiple competing tasks and priorities
- Good working knowledge of SEO & CRM, Google tools, Facebook Business Manager, Shopify
- Demonstrable resilience and the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, including writing copy and an eye for good design
- Strong analytical skils
- Attention to detail and the ability to regularly execute tasks flawlessly
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing core pillars
- Intermediate level on Google Digital tools
- Intermediate level on Designing Software’s ( Adobe Pack )
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word
