Digital Campaign Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities 
  • Contribute to the development of acquisition and retention initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute digital marketing strategy and actions
  • Execute content marketing initiatives to achieve business goals
  • Use Google Analytics, Adwords and other platforms to measure and report website performance as well as KPIs of launched campaigns
  • Optimize content and deploy an integrated SEO strategy in line with brand and content initiatives in collaboration with the Brand, Content and Social Media Manager as well as the agency digital
  • Collaborate with the digital agency to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate in the deployment of an A / B testing and targeting solution; Plan, execute and measure experiments and test conversion. Recommend best-in-class UX solutions.
Ideal experience
You plan digital marketing campaigns, including:
  • Planning and execution of all of our digital campaigns
  • Management and monitoring of the digital budget
  • Monitoring and qualification of our prospect database and ensuring that we meet GDPR standards
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate against objectives (ROI and KPI) on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Identify the latest trends in the market and optimize expenses and performance according to actions and digital campaigns launched
  • Plan, execute and measure conversion tests (A / B testing, retargeting, programmatic, etc..)
  • Possess strong analytical skills to assess the customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor the traffic on our website as well as its optimization with the support of the Group
  • Digital performance based on SEO / SEM optimization campaigns,
 
Media Management:
  • The launch of Direct campaigns (DEM) based on our marketing automation tool (Marketo),
  • Management of our social networks and display advertising in collaboration with our Head of communication as well as our Brand, Content and Social Media manager
  • Performance monitoring and optimization of our content on the basis of digital publication platforms (social networks, website, etc.) in close collaboration with our Brand, Content and Social
  • You manage the marketing automation tool (Marketo) to optimize lead nurturing.
  • Management and monitoring of the media advertising budget
  • Responsible for maintaining and integrating the content relating to Digital Marketing (campaigns, key figures, relevant information, etc.) relevant on the page
  • MMCD / Digital of Allianz Connect Belgium;
 
Experience Needed:
  • Master's degree in digital marketing or an equivalent field
Experience:
  • 4/5 years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrate experience in guiding and managing SEO / SEM, database marketing, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing website pages and user experience
  • Experience with A / B and multivariate tests
Technical skills
  • Great creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analysis tools (eg, Google - Analytics / Console, NetInsight, WebTrends, Marketo)
  • Working knowledge of advertising service tools (eg, DART, Atlas)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe, HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tool (preferably Marketo)
Interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Perfectly bilingual NL / FR with a good  usage of English"
  • Strong data analysis and thinking skills
  • Project management skills to ensure prompt delivery of different projects
