We are working with a world's leading multibillion research, data, and insights organisation. They offer the most complete view of consumers – the way they live, shop, vote, watch and tweet – in over a hundred countries worldwide.

The role:
You will hold a key position within their Global Marketing team and spearhead the development and implementation of their content strategy. Working in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders you are responsible to ensure that content is created and represented in the most effective way, placing clients and prospects needs at the centre of everything they do.
 
  • You are responsible to develop and maintain multi-channel content strategy and content roadmap, based on qualitative and quantitative analyses (content audits, gap analysis, target and competitor analysis) to identify content needs and critical gaps across their user journey
  • You build, manage, and continuously improve their content plan (editorial calendar) to support a consistent quality presence for across all relevant content channels
  • You identify key moments (in markets, cultures etc.) and educational opportunities where they can amplify their stories with greater impact, relevance, and resonance
  • You develop short- and long-term scalable content, demonstrating the differentiated value they deliver to clients and prospects
  • You lead design thinking efforts and recommend innovative content distribution and types, to optimize the path to conversion
  • You set standards for content quality and develop guidelines for the tone, style and voice in line with their corporate brand to make sure their content speaks to their relevant persona(s)
  • You develop content measurement frameworks and KPIs, monitor measurement and optimize content types/distribution based on performance
  • You will strongly collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders across functions to deliver a unified and strong content strategy that meets key business goals
  • You are responsible for resourcing external vendors and content manager required for the production or distribution of content and for reporting purposes
  • In partnership with their Head of Digital and Web you are responsible for their web content strategy
  • You are the champion for the content monetization strategy.
 
 Requirements
  • 10+ years proven track record creating and managing content programs that have demonstrated tangible business results
  • Prior experience in B2B business is a must, ideally in the of Tech & Data or Consumer industry
  • Superior editorial and written skills that have been sharpened for digital-first platforms
  • Ability to turn complex topics into easy-to-digest, engaging stories and creative concepts that deliver impact
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media programs (e.g. Linkedin Elevate), and industry trends
  • Focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Strong project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • Open minded, flexible and willing to incorporate other people’s opinions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills that lead to innovative thinking and resolutions
  • Native-level English speaking and writing abilities, German is a plus but not a must
  • Ability to work in an international, transforming and complex matrix organization
  • Ability to flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Commercial mindset and experience in content revenue generation
  • Some international travel required
