Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a leading consumer business who are looking to bring in a talented Digital Analytics lead to head up their operations in their London office. 
The Role:
We are looking for someone that will be key to driving the right conversations in product and experience design using data driven decisions, you will also be key to bringing to life the experiences which our customers and prospects have online.
The responsibilities of the role:
  • The Digital Insights & Analytics Lead will oversee Digital Analytics Operations for the organization, including Web Analytics, social media analytics for the organization globally.
  • The incumbent will manage a team of digital marketing associates/ digital agency who are responsible for drawing insights and reports for the business leaders in a succinct format enabling the business leaders to quickly understand where is digital business is heading and the challenges that it faces.
  • Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, the ideal profile is someone who is strategically minded, enjoys managing teams and is proficient with digital marketing concepts and fundamentals.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Functional Consultant on Web analytics
  • Define and track relevant conversion metrics for inbound & outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with Solution marketing team to understand their business requirements and articulate those into measurable KPIs. Also, streamline ad spend and improve media acquisition strategies using data uncovered in regular dashboards and ad hoc reporting.
  • Collaborate around implementing/ Instrumentation of GA and other Analytics tools for the company's website. Also, managing Tag Management across the website pages.
  • Tie all data sources (online and offline) to create an integrated picture with the help of dashboards that track KPIs specific for team members, Executive Team, and other stakeholders.
  • Examine all inbound & outbound campaign's ROI.
  • Working on ways to generate and gather meaningful insights & be a data story teller for all stakeholder.
  • Keep abreast of Digital trends to introduce new tools & evaluation metrics and refine continuous improvement process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management/Specialists, Sales, & Engineering teams to drive customer communications, product feedback, feature requests, and technical issue resolution to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
 Experience and skills:
  • 3 Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
  • Preferred client-side digital data & analytics implementation and management experience although open to agency/consultant 
  • Strong track record of delivering insights and optimisation recommendations to wider teams with tangible results
  • Strong organisation skills with a very high attention to detail
  • Good with communications and presentation skills with excellent story telling capabilities
  • Experience working across: Adobe, Google Analytics, Tealium, Decibel, Responsetap, Sitecore or similar tools
  • Technical know-how is critical as you will be required to review and if needed, manage implementations through with your team
  • Self-motivated and highly flexible and committed to do what’s needed with own initiative
