We’re working with a creative branding and communications agency. They are a company of creative thinkers, strategists, designers, digital innovators, problem solvers, passionate about building meaningful connections between brands and consumers.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated SAM to join the London team and work on three of their largest clients. The SAM will report into a SAD and the CSD, dependent on the client. Therefore, this is an opportunity for an ambitious SAM to build and own campaigns of work working alongside an Account Manager.

The role particularly requires an understanding of how to roll out multi-faceted digital campaigns running across social, display and online content in multiple languages.

Across the three clients the SAM would work on a range of projects across a number of products, the job requires flexibility and the ability to juggle several projects at once.

  • Build great strong relationships with clients by attending face-to-face meetings
  • Pointof contact for clients by telephone and email
  • Build clients’ trust – become a partner rather than a supplier
  • Strive to delight the client – sharing industry news and interesting developments
Campaign management

  • A mix of taking ownership of own campaigns, looking for proactive opportunities
  • Work autonomously on large scale projectsWrite creative briefs and work closely with traffic and the creative teams to deliver high quality creative and on time
  • Create and amend external and internal status reports, time plans; client-meeting contact
  • Liaise with printers and other third-party suppliers, including digital production and transcreation agencies.
Financial accountability

  • Use in-house finance software (Paprika) to raise estimates and ensure budgets are adhered to
  • Manage monthly billing and time reporting
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability of the account
  • Keep clients fully informed about progress against budget changes
Teamworking/managing staff
  • Build an excellent relationship with all internal departments
  • Provide an accurate weekly and quarterly forecast to allow accurate resource planning
  • Be positive and enthusiastic about the work, and learn to motivate creative teams
  • Manage your own time effectively by knowing how to prioritise time

  • Writing briefs for concepts/visuals/design/developer along our planning team
  • Appraising creative work and provide constructive feedback for creative excellence
  • Knowing more than anyone else about the client’s corporate identity and their creative ‘do’s and don’ts’
  • Pushing the clients to try more creative ideas

  • You must be a confident presenter, who can pull together well-ordered thoughts and present them to clients and colleagues.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the clients’ sector, their products and competitors.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the clients’ business and industry

  • A team player
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Be proactive and have the confidence to use initiative and volunteer ideas
  • Excellent relationship-builder – with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail, confident at proofreading
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate passion for marketing and the industry
  • Can-do attitude, determined and energetic
  • Confident but flexible self-starter
  • Keen to learn new skills and immerse themselves in the world of asset management
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • At least 3 years digital experience from any sector, previous work in the finance sector would be an advantage
  • Previously worked on integrated campaigns
  • Please highlight if you have previously worked on EMEA wide or global campaign roll out
  • Understanding of digital campaign production is vital
