The Organisation:
We’re working with a senior HR professional company who work across a range of sectors where they are committed to developing knowledge throughout the HR community via research forums.
They are looking for a Snr Marketing Manager to help build set up and grow their digital marketing brand, communication and team. This is a brand-new role building their digital capabilities out from scratch, with great opportunity to put your own stamp to division digital capabilities.
  • Develop and keep updated the list of all key influencers in HR including politicians, HR Directors, Chief Executives, Consultants etc.
  • Compile and manage on an ongoing basis, a schedule of all communications we send out to ensure optimum visibility and readability
  • Promote our research to key journalists and publications.
  • Work with reputable third-party conference organisers to get CRF speakers to feature at their events.
  • Work with the teams and agency to launch, manage and enhance the existing and new website so that it delivers against its objectives of enabling all our customers and potential customers to search and consume our content in a timely manner with a great user experience
  • Develop and enact a social media plan which involves and includes all our key players.
  • Works closely with colleagues to develop our video and other media capability.
  • Works with colleagues to ensure everyone raises their profile to target audiences
  • To ensure all events and webinars achieve the optimum number of attendees with the right profile
Email campaigns

  • Design, create and implement content responsive emails to be used in email campaigns
  • Design and create responsive landing pages and form creation
  • Segment data with segmentation tools including the use of custom data objects for campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting on email campaigns
Social media

  • Develop THM’s social media presence across all relevant social media platforms.
  • Plan, design, create and implement social media content on a rolling 12 month basis.
  • Monitoring and reporting on social media campaigns
  • Sprout social experience desirable
Website management 
  • Optimisation  including A/B Testing
  • SEO optimisation
  • Content creation/blog posts etc.
  • Posting press releases created by the PR Manager
  • CMS – Wordpress experience
  • Google Analytics understanding and experience

  • Google Ads campaign creation monitoring and reporting
  • PPC Budget monitoring and forecasting

  • Creation of graphics and media (with the use of Adobe Creative Suite) for digital and printed literature to be used in digital email campaigns and traditional print campaigns/trade press advertorials.
  • Creation of artwork for exhibition stands and pull ups at trade fairs
  • Digital budget management and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to gather and analyse information for the client and resolve problems.
  • Ability to respond well to pressure.
  • Think creatively
  • Be interested in what motivates people.
  • Ability to identify and match products with client requirements.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
