The Role:
They are looking for anEcommerce Executive UK for the Tableware Division. Direct report to Ecommerce Manager Northern Europe.This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop in a successful, professional and challenging environment
 
The Key Role Functions:
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager Northern Europe to increase Ecommerce revenue in the UK and maximise performance through various external partners and own websites.
  • Onboard new ecommerce partners in UK (wholesale customers, controlled external online channels, etc.).
  • Manage the day to day relationship with ecommerce partners and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop joint business plans with ecommerce partners.
  • Hold monthly/quarterly business reviews with partners to discuss performance and ensure targets are met.
  • Work with partners and internal teams on any marketing activities/sale campaigns.
  • Build long standing relationships with partners.
  • Monitor performance across all ecommerce channels (own website and external), flag opportunities and underperforming areas, providing suggestions to solve any issues.
  • Analyse and plan stock levels in online concessions to ensure optimal performance. Liaise with partners to arrange and book in stock weekly deliveries.
  • Improve range strategies across partners and highlight where improvements can be made to drive revenue.
  • Select the product range for monthly e-discounter campaigns, analyse campaign performance and work with e-discounter partners to maximise performance.
  • Ensure product prices and product information are always correct on all channels.
  • Provide content to all ecommerce partners to ensure our products are presented in an optimal way and feedback any recommendations to the content team.
  • Assist with administrative website tasks (bi-monthly set up and block of stock for private sale, daily order check for blocked orders).
  • Work closely with the UK wholesale team to ensure all retailer opportunities are maximized from an ecommerce perspective.
 
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
 
  • A background in Ecommerce environment is essential (ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience gained in a similar position).
  • Sales and Business Development/ Account Management/ Client Relationship experience.
  • University level qualification (or equivalent) withinbusiness and/or marketing.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience or knowledge of the market, competition, distribution and clients would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with complex sets of dataand problem solver.
  • Extensive Excel, Google Analytics knowledge is a must.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and remain calm under pressure.
  • A relationship builder with excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop a technical understanding of our products.
  • Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational skills and time management.
