Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with an international fintech high-growth business. This company have created an innovative app that helps kids learn to manage money in a digital and cashless world, and you would be joining their fast-growing team.
 
The Role:
 
The company is growing rapidly, and they are looking for a Campaign Project Manager to help them plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns. Specifically, they are looking for someone to report into the Head of Marketing to project manage multiple campaigns across their full remit of Brand, Social, PR, CRM, Performance channels
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
The Campaign Project Manager will have two main areas of focus:
 
  1. You will own marketing campaign management from ideation and concept creation (aligning objectives and messaging) to production, optimisation and iteration (pulling together copy, design, development and analytics resources).
  2. Secondly you will assist Performance and CRM teams in the development, deployment and reporting of Marketing AB and MVT testing programs.
 
This is a huge opportunity to define the Marketing Campaign function within our team. On a more granular level, you will:
 
  • Unite existing campaigns.Currently campaigns are managed from their Performance, Brand, Content, PR teams. They are hoping to get a plucky Campaign Manager who will unite existing plans from Performance, Brand and CRM teams; and more significantly introduce a fresh, new framework, bringing new campaigns to life across awareness, customer acquisition and customer engagement.
  • Own the full remit of Campaign Management. From campaign planning and conceptualisation, to pulling in brand, design, development and analytics resources to produce, deploy, report, optimise and iterate (the ongoing cycle of campaign development).
  • Live and breathe the brand.You’ll work closely with the Brand team and copywriters to unite campaign messaging, brand and product positioning.
  • Project-manage campaigns with tech. You’ll lead the design and development with the Design and Technology teams. You’ll manage to a campaign roadmap, running campaign kick-off meetings, managing production and deployment through JIRA.
  • Align marketing campaigns to objectives.This is at each stage of the funnel, customer lifecycle and planning to seasonality. Campaign areas will include: BAU conversion oriented campaigns (within Performance channels), promotions, brand, content and business partnership campaigns (large retailers, affiliates).
  • Further their AB and MVT dreams.You’ll own and manage Performance teams landing page AB testing and MVT plans. This is another huge area of opportunity for this role as it has already proved fundamental in improving business performance.
 
Candidate requirements:
 
  • 5+ years of marketing campaign management, AB testing (understand not hands on) and UX.
  • Knowledge and experience of the component parts that make a successful marketing campaign to meet different KPI’s (awareness, customer acquisition, customer retention).
  • A logical, structured strategic planner who can create clear, accurate project and campaign roadmaps.
  • An expert multi-tasker who can unite existing business projects, assess priorities, whilst introducing new campaigns as needed and subsequently realigning priorities and schedules.
  • Someone who is diligent, experienced, proactive project management approach to all ways of working: able to manage stakeholders and rationalise your decision-making.
  • Acute, meticulous attention to detail and an expert ability to craft marketing messaging, product, content and brand propositioning to cold target prospects and existing customers.
  • Experience pulling together and managing designers, copywriters, developers and wider marketing team to produce campaigns and run landing page AB tests.
  • Someone who is positive, passionate and proud of their work; constantly seeking to learn about new tech and evolve the work they create.
  • Experience managing landing page conversion rate optimisation and AB testing.
  • Experience with AMP websites.
  • Experience using JIRA.
  • Experience using Google Analytics.
