Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 plus package

This role has the opportunity to influence real business change and help set up as a brand of the future.
You will drive sales, customer retention and an easier customer experience through digital marketing and digital channels via all relevant touchpoints including content & merchandising, product optimisation, performance, search and CRM.

The Key Role Functions:
  • Drive brand penetration through acquisition to the platform, overseeing paid digital performance channels, including paid social and Affiliates networks.
  • Drive customer frequency, retention, re-activation and profitability through membership strategy and propositions, including commercial responsibility.
  • Be responsible for ensuring our commerce experience is market leading, distinctive and optimized based on customer behaviour.
  • Increase data capture through tokenised transactions, building online and offline strategy to increase scanning and long-term tokenisation beyond scans.
  • Lead the overall CRM strategy and team across channels, segments and products. Managing engagement, building calendar plans and segmentation strategies.
  • Grow website and app orders through delivery and collect with a focus on performance, content and optimisation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through product management & development for Web, App, Kiosk, various digital touch points (new and existing), membership, partnering with internal tech team on delivery roadmap.
  • Editorial responsibility for all digital channels to meet brand, customer and marketing objectives, leading the team to deliver optimised content across all touchpoints in the customer journey, leveraging our Content Management System.
  • Close collaboration with the Advertising and Retail teams on campaign planning and in-flight performance
  • Key partner with the Tech development team, leading the marketing agenda
  • Close working relationship with media agency and leadership of digital, search, Web and CRM agency partners
  • Budget management, forecasting and KPI control, ensuring effective measurement & insight is in place for all digital & membership activities, to enable continuous optimisation and regular performance reporting
 
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
 
  • Significant experience within marketing, specializing across a broad digital spectrum including CRM, performance, Customer Data, Ecommerce, Digital Communications
  • Highly data driven and analytical. Significant hands on experience of designing and executing customer experience through digital channels at a trusted service brand with high-volume web & app, membership propositions and complex data, campaign & decision management tools
  • Strong background in customer proposition and experience design, along with brand-led customer acquisition, engagement & retention strategies
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to set high standards and lead by example
  • Commercially sound, with a solid understanding of business and channel performance and highly results driven
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level and communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Big brand experience – ideally within retail or food and beverage industry – either client or agency side
  • Experience of managing and having strong partnerships with large agencies
