Job Description

This Company are the leading provider of accelerated training and have been delivering leading residential training for over 15 years. Their Offices are centrally located in London. You will be working in a busy, fun environment as part of a growing highly focused and dedicated marketing team. They are looking for a PPC specialist to become part of a fast growing, exciting business.

The role:

This role will allow you to take the lead on building and managing relationships with regional marketing managers, providing them with the knowledge and support to take their campaigns to the next level. It’s a great opportunity to create innovative and effective media plans, add new channels and develop current strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular optimisation, reporting and presenting of campaign performance across paid search, social and display
  • Analysing campaign results (from both multi and single channel campaigns) and related data (eg. competitor data) to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues that might lead to a lack of performance
  • Using both company proprietary technology as well as managing the effective use of any third-party technology and ad platforms
  • Working alongside other marketing specialists to operate as a team managing a portfolio of multi-regional campaigns
  • Be on a constant quest for knowledge to develop expertise in your field. Take time to regularly research new platforms,
 
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience and excellent knowledge of PPC marketing.
  • A good understanding of key PPC, Social & SEO challenges
  • A good understanding of CRO and UX, how they can impact conversion and CPA
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong focus on correlating data sets & commercial forecasting
  • Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Experience of online marketing data analysis and forecasting to CPA and Sales targets
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise and manage time across multiple clients in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking
  • Degree level education preferred and foreign language skills a bonus
  • Must be a UK resident or work permit holder
