Our client is a hotel company with a unique range of global properties across Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America. They have a global portfolio of more than 120 hotels. They seamlessly blend Asian hospitality with western comfort.

To succeed in the role, the candidate will demonstrate best of breed digital marketing skills to manage the digital marketing strategy for the hotels in Europe through the different marketing channels with the objectives of driving traffic to the website, raising the profile and brand image of the company and increasing revenue.
The candidate will work closely in a small and dynamic team, which is responsible for developing and implementing an online acquisition and demand generation strategy.
Reporting to: VP Revenue and Digital Distribution

  • Collaborate and execute digital acquisition strategy in the European region covering Affiliate, Display, Email, Meta-search, paid and organic search campaigns
  • Forecast and manage marketing budgets across all digital channels including display, affiliate, partnerships, PPC and other digital channels.
  • Work with the Regional Revenue Management team to develop offers, products and packages and ensure that relevant landing pages are built on the brand website. 
  • Liaises with regional stakeholders and hotel managers to develop and implement a content strategy.
  • Liaise with Corporate CRM and Loyalty teams to provide relevant offers, content, assets and marketing messages for ongoing CRM communications.
  • Develop structure and processes for agencies for tracking, implementation and analysis of all digital marketing activities. 
  • Evaluate, develop and implement regional digital marketing plans for seasonal and need periods; identify revenue generating opportunities to run targeted campaigns throughout the year.
  • Produce statistical reports on key website metrics which provides detailed results and articulates insights for key stakeholders
  • Own, manage and optimise organic and paid media activities to drive revenue streams, improve efficiency and ROI and reduce cost of sale.
  • Run and optimise meta-search campaigns to maximise visibility and drive more direct business through the brand website.
  • Measure productivity of campaigns and determine optimal return on investment (ROI).

  • Demonstrates a creative flair with a sound knowledge of creative and HTML tools including Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office platforms
  • 4 years’ experience in online marketing in an agency or a client environment
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Web Trends etc. and a data driven approach to marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
Ideally have experience in the Travel/ Hospitality industry.
