About the role:
The Digital Recruitment Company are looking for a Content Producer to join a successful Employee wellbeing organisation. They have been pioneering the field of employee wellbeing and organisational performance since 2004, working with over 200 of the UK’s leading employers - from FTSE 100 companies to NHS Trusts.
They are currently growing their marketing team, and are looking for a Content Producer who will report in to the Director of Marketing.
As a Content Producer you are responsible for ensuring content is produced to the highest standards and is interesting, motivating, and easy to understand. This role supports all areas of marketing activity from client comms, app content, campaigns, brand positioning and development.
What will you be doing?
Revenue Growth: Enable the company to ramp up campaign activity, build their brand and generate a higher volume of MQLs to feed the sales pipeline.
Client Success and Retention:Expand and improve the ways to engage with existing clients with valuable and timely content that helps support employee wellbeing and delivers a great client experience by adding real value
Editorial– author and execute an editorial plan comprising a content calendar, setting out groups and themes of content and establishing clear directions for our tone of voice.
Creative– formulate novel ways to tell stories, motivate users and convey information clearly.
Production- draw on practical knowledge of each phase from pre- to post-production and ensure that workflows are seamless, efficient, and well-managed

• Higher client engagement
• Increased brand awareness across all channels
Skills and Experience:- Adept at briefing in and managing content production
- Demonstrate a proven track record for devising and creating material in a variety of formats and styles
- Sound experience of writing content for both online and offline projects
- Knowledge of digital media platforms
- Management of day-to-day admin within a standard CMS
- Working with product and marketing teams to ensure content is right place, time and format.
