Job Type: 6 -month Fixed Term contract

Role Summary
The marketing analyst is responsible for delivering consistent, rigorous, and actionable performance analytics across demand generation, growth marketing, and product marketing initiatives.
Positioned within Marketing Business Management & Strategy, this role ensures standardized campaign measurement, data integrity, and performance transparency across marketing channels. The analyst translates campaign and funnel data into insights that inform investment decisions, improve marketing efficiency, and strengthen accountability to business outcomes.
This role will act with significant autonomy within the Marketing function and partners closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Experience, and Finance.
The marketing analyst applies structured analytical approaches to moderately complex marketing performance questions and contributes to continuous improvement of marketing measurement practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Campaign & Channel Performance Measurement
- Deliver standardized reporting across paid media, owned channels, and integrated campaigns.
- Utilise and help to build advanced data science and analytical tools to analyze performance against defined KPIs including conversion rates, cost efficiency, pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and ROI indicators.
- Ensure consistency in campaign tracking, tagging, and measurement methodology.
- Validate data accuracy across CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
- Identify performance trends and variances, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Funnel & Growth Analytics
- Analyze full-funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Support evaluation of acquisition efficiency and audience performance.
- Assist in scenario modelling and forecasting using historical performance data.
- Contribute to campaign testing frameworks and assess statistical validity of results.
Reporting Governance & Standardization
- Maintain standardized dashboards and recurring reporting frameworks used across marketing teams.
- Partner with Business Operations leadership to refine KPI definitions and performance benchmarks.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions to ensure reporting transparency and continuity.
- Promote consistent performance measurement practices across teams.
Insights & Stakeholder Communication
- Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with validated data and contextual analysis.
- Provide analytical support for marketing investment reviews and planning discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, business, economics, statistics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, performance analysis, or business intelligence.
- Experience working with multi-channel marketing data in a demand generation or broader marketing environment.
Technical Capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and structured data environments.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Experience with web analytics and paid media reporting environments (Google Suite, Adobe Analytics, Meta Advertising)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of attribution models and experimental testing concepts.
