The Company
Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a global Online Trading investment management organisation who have operations in 20 countries and manage £1Trillion worth of assets for clients. They are looking to grow the digital distribution which has brought CRM, marketing and tech together. 
Using a unique mix of digital platforms, end-to-end clearing, and execution services my client provide access to 36 derivatives exchanges, hundreds of foreign exchange markets, nearly every global securities marketplace and several bi-lateral liquidity venues.  They deliver this access with support throughout the entire lifecycle of a trade – from consulting and intelligence to post-trade clearing, custody, and settlement, enabling clients to use the global markets network to achieve their business goals through one trusted partner.
The Role
This role manages the outputs and delivery processes of global marketing’s internal digital agency. It oversees the day-to-day operations and delivery of the following marketing service teams: Websites, UX UI, Content incl. Copy, Social Media, PR, Online Reputation Management, Market Commentary, Design and Video Production.
1. Manage, support, and develop the marketing services teams
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and other relevant business stakeholders to establish and continue to foster a culture of: o High performance and exceptional quality delivery, on time and to plan
  • Team and cross company communication and collaboration
  • Commercially minded decision making
  • Ongoing, constructive team evaluation and improvement seeking
  • Recognition, reward, and celebration of successes
With support from HR, actively manage the ongoing training and skills development of all functional teams to ensure that we remain current and at the forefront of digital marketing execution, trends, and best practice.
2. Deliver against commercial and business requirements aligned to the global strategy, budget, and revenue projections
  • Efficiently deliver all agreed marketing projects, services and BAU outputs, campaigns, and collateral in accordance with the businesses quarterly planning requests and central marketing’s capacity aligned commitments.
  • Provide output transparency through a shared roadmap, regular stakeholder updates and completed delivery reporting, monthly and quarterly.
  • Define and deliver the appropriate global (with regional localization where applicable) customer experience, design and content across web and mobile sites, apps, and platforms to support: o brand awareness,
    • lead generation
    • customer acquisition initiatives
    • client retention
to meet agreed KPI’s in each territory/business unit.
  • Act as the marketing product owner for interactions with internal teams (and occasionally external agencies) to ensure that the end-to-end customer experience delivers against the agreed brand proposition and commercial requirements.
  • Support business units marketing delivery planning and strategy.
  • Co-ordinate with all regional and business unit marketing resources to ensure, where relevant, that regional marketing successes, activity and practices are shared and adopted globally.
  • Manage all production outputs to a global centralized budget and ensure accurate cross charging for services delivered to individual business units.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer experiences and journeys (from first interaction to onboarding) that are personalized, tracked, measured, and optimized to performance goals and KPI’s
  • Define strategy and ensure delivery of new (and enhance existing) multi language web and mobile sites including ongoing reporting and optimization of performance (functional and against traffic conversion KPI’s)
  • Determine strategy and oversee delivery of marketing content aligned to brand and TOV
  • Ensure on brand delivery of design and creative for advertising campaigns, on site, in app, in platforms, products and tools as well as for brand and CRM messaging.
  • Determine strategy and oversee delivery and optimal distribution of market commentary and trading and investing ideas across owned, earned and paid for media environments and platforms.
  • Oversee delivery of best practice UX/UI across app, web and mobile sites, tools, and product (onboarding, platforms, and my account)
  • Ensure ongoing refinement of process and workflows to create efficiency. Standardize ways of working and delivery methodology. Consolidate or enhance current technology and implement new tools to enable scalable marketing services outputs, at a diminishing output to headcount ratio.
  • Collaborate with the Insights and Data teams to develop a framework for measurement and performance monitoring.
3. Adhere to all regulatory and conduct requirements
  • Maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards, and values.
  • Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct in all jurisdictions in which conducts business and which have an impact on its business
  • Ensure that all outputs of the delivery teams are compliance approved and that ongoing requirements related to any regulatory stipulations or reviews are met.
  • Ensure that you personally, and all members of your teams are up to date with all stipulated compliance and regulatory training.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
  • Extensive ecommerce related marketing product owner, customer experience management and delivery experience at a senior level, within digitally led marketing organisations, preferably in the financial services, trading, spread-betting or online gambling sectors.
  • Extensive management experience of global, multi-functional digital marketing specialists and teams.
  • Proven track record in executing global multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
  • Analytical skills and a data driven orientation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Results driven and commercially orientated.
  • Proactive and goal orientated with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong production and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to develop effective long-term working relationships both within the department, across departments and at all levels within the organization.
  • Experience of creating compelling campaign proposals and presenting at a senior level.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
