Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with high-growth SaaS business on the mission to help organisations create online communities that spawn collective intelligence. Our client’s highly respected customer base uses our platform to create the most trusted sources of expertise across knowledge domains.
The Role:
This is a rare opportunity to create and lead growth marketing for our client, leveraging continued
investment from their Venture Partner, to drive triple digit growth through the acquisition of new enterprise customers in Europe and the US.
What you’ll do:
You will take responsibility for devising and executing their growth marketing strategy to target
and acquire Enterprise B2B customers for their SaaS community marketing platform, including;
- Research and quantify their market opportunity, defining our ICP, identifying our TAM with high potential market segments, and their propensity to adopt our solution.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy that aligns the opportunity, customer need with our unique capability to create branded expert communities for our customers.
- Develop compelling value propositions that articulate how we solve customer problems that drive immediate business impact in the acquisition, retention, and growth of customers via communities.
- Flesh these out into creative campaigns that reach audiences and bring them to us.
- Build a small, high performing cross functional digital marketing team to run these campaigns, across inbound and outbound strategies.
- Establish a platform of martech and agency resources to optimise new customer acquisition.
- Enable our sales teams with the messaging and tools to deliver it in a compelling way.
- Evangelise our story to the market via blogs, communications and personal storytelling.
Qualifications:- A qualified experienced B2B marketer, with degree or pref. MBA level qualifications.
- Approaching ten years’ experience of creating awareness and demand for B2B enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Results orientation, constantly looking for what works and optimising strategy and execution to maximise its return.
- A proven storyteller, capable of developing customer problem led propositions and fleshing them out into great content and campaigns.
Profile:- Deep knowledge and experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- A born communicator, who can evangelise their story and inspire others to sell and deliver it.
- Leadership skills, with the proven ability to lead a marketing function that drives forward a business.
- Creativity to develop compelling, original growth marketing campaigns from scratch.
- Collaborative skills to work closely with sales, business development and customer success to bring together one growth strategy.
- Execution oriented, with an eye for detail
- Analytically oriented, with a track record of using metrics to fine tune execution.

- Lots of innate curiosity, combining real world experience with data develop and tune your approach
- Both strong empathy for customers AND commercial awareness;
- Ability to prioritise and self-start, to work against targets and deadlines
