We are seeking a CRM Executive to join their digital marketing team.  They are a wonderful company to work for offering a flexible working from home and occasionally within the office. The Role
As the CRM executive, you will deliver a magical brand experience to their current and potential fans. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day development of the email marketing channel, driving best practice to uplift customer conversion, lifetime value, retention, and acquisition to meet business targets and objectives.
 
Key Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the integrity of the CRM environment from both an operational and administrative perspective.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of all email marketing campaigns including brief creation, execution, set-up, testing and reporting.
  • Responsible for email template/asset management across multiple integrated systems (CRM platform, ESP) to deadline, including dynamic content functionality and QA testing.
  • Building and testing emails within the ESP platform for delivery across all websites and customer segments.
  • Ensuring customer segments are managed and maintained to a high standard.
  • Liaising with copywriters, digital designers and E-commerce teams on email briefs, content, build and testing.
  • Coordinating product selection with Trading and Merchandising teams.
  • Manage CRM programmes, segmentation and personalisation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Develop global customer’s communication strategy with the objective to activate single buyers into multi-buyers and re-engaged lapsed customers to active customers.
  • Develop and manage the user journey to the website to ensure visitors easily find required content to increase email conversion rate.
  • Develop lead generation strategies to grow the database ensuring the site and acquisition channels are fully optimised to capture email addresses and feed into the database accurately.
  • Analyse consumer behavioural data to identify how best to segment markets.
  • Generate CRM insights reports based on activity results, KPIs and deliverables.
  • Manage relationships with third party suppliers.
 
Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Proven track record of using data analysis, A/B testing and strategic approaches to optimize results.
  • Strong analytical background and attention to detail with ability to use data to measure performance and determine improvements.
  • Expert knowledge and experience of excel and manipulating large sets of data.
  • Knowledge and experience building reports in Google Analytics
  • Keen follower of digital trends.
  • Experience developing and deploying email campaigns within an ESP
  • Experience in creating and implementing successful acquisition and retention programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to translate data-led insight into strategic recommendations that underpin the creation, development, and execution of robust online plans to deliver targets.
  • An Understanding of E-commerce and consumer behaviour in a digital and omni-channel environment
  • Highly goal oriented – your performance will be measured against various OKRs and KPIs
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Strong project and process management skills and the ability to deliver multiple tasks using your own initiative
  • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance and processes and increase efficiency
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen problem solver who believes all problems have a solution
