The Role:
You’ll help them maintain their market leading position by making smarter decisions, deriving insight from data and research from across the business. You’ll explain the complex in simple and engaging ways to colleagues across the world, to drive performance and help them to change the face of education.
As a genuine team-player, you’ll work across their central, regional, and local marketing, admissions and communications teams to improve measurement frameworks and ensure they are aligned with objectives. Everything we do is connected to their Family Experience Journey, and your job will be to ensure that we are using data at every single stage to inform action.
Digital tracking, KPI dashboards, forecasting, data mining, statistical analysis, predictive systems, and ROI modelling is what gets you out of bed in the mornings. And there’s nothing you love more than a cross-channel performance report to start your day off on the right foot!
Whilst primarily working in the digital marketing team, you’ll span all other areas marketing and sales, and be the ‘go-to’ data lead in their team. This is a key role in their Global MAC (Marketing, Admissions & Communications) team, and you’ll be joining at an exciting time as their business goes through another stage of digital transformation.
 
What you will do:  
  • Support Group Head of Digital to develop overarching digital strategy, to demonstrate leadership at every stage of the online Family Experience Journey.
  • Develop and execute functional roadmaps across CRO, Digital Analytics and Group reporting to support thewider strategic decision-makingprocesses.
  • Identify objectives and advise on suitable measurement strategies.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Data & Analytics team to deliver against targets and progress against personal developmentgoals.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the data and analytics function of their digital media agency partner to ensure that their team are getting the best from their expertise and that their campaigns are always fully aligned to global strategy.

Lead the analytics program together with structured reporting
  • Oversee the processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used foranalysis.
  • Lead the management and maintenance of Google 360 suite.
  • Lead the development of custom marketing dashboard concepts via Excel / Tableau / PowerBI
  • Lead the reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
  • Oversee the Digital Business Analyst to analyse the effect of different online and offline channels on each other; online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channelattribution.
  • Perform ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns / activity types.
  • Perform ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimisation consultancy for school admissionsprocess.
  • Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise onKPIs.
  • Use methodical performance analysis to influence / support campaignstrategies.
  • Input on website and search marketing strategies, specifically around technical implementation, andtracking.
  • Spot the potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analyticalprocedures.
  • Use available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues and propose methodical optimisation tests, both on-site and campaign based.
  • Work with brand, communications, research and admissions teams to help connect the (data) dots to driveperformance
 
What we’re looking for:  
  • Bachelor’sDegree.
  • Hands on marketing analytics / business intelligence environmentexperience.
Exceptional Google Analytics experience; Google 360 (preferably). VWO (Google Optimise)for CRO purposes, Tableau/PowerBI/Supermetrics/Salesforce reporting.
  • Experience in process improvement andimplementation.
  • Experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: organic and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, such asTableau/PowerBI.
  • High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advancedExcel.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing reports andpresentations.
  • Good cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalitiesand cultures.
  • Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantifysuccess.
  • Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs andROI.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functionaltasks.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing andmeasurement.
