Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with an international fintech high-growth business. This company have created an innovative app that helps kids learn to manage money in a digital and cashless world, and you would be joining their fast-growing team.
The Role:
As Product Manager – CRM Engagement, you will be responsible for managing a small team to deliver a highly data-driven customer onboarding, engagement and retention program, for both the US and UK, to ensure that each user receives maximum value from our product in a tailored way. Reporting to the Head of Product & Design, you will work closely with other Product Managers to provide a service whereby each product team can drive maximum engagement and stickiness with the product.
Responsibilities:
What you'll do
Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Customer insight & segmentation- Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and behaviours using data analysis, direct communication, social feedback, helpdesk and other sources of input
- Define the optimum segmentation model for customer activation and ongoing engagements
Strategy and roadmap- Manage the Product Roadmap for Engagement CRM, working closely with all other Product Managers across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention Conceive and create exceptional ideas, initiatives, and solutions
- Work with Marketing to ensure brand strategy and comms are coordinated
- Communicate and present the roadmap and achievements, backed by data, in the quarterly Product Board
Implementation- Create an “always-on” segmented program of omnichannel, short-form customer engagement lifecycle campaigns & nudges (push, email, SMS etc), for both parents and children based on data insights
- Implement a rapid-pace test-and-learn program and adjust approach accordingly
- Define and manage data integration from our core systems to the CRM platform
- Ensure a high-quality, well-tested customer experience throughout
Measurement & continuous improvement- Define OKRs and success metrics, track progress and measure impact
- Experiment continuously and measurably improve engagement
- Tune the roadmap based on meaningful analysis of what is happening
- Consistently evaluate our capabilities and approach against industry-leading standards
What we’re looking for- 3-5+ years of experience operating as a product manager or product owner in a CRM
- onboarding / engagement capacity in a digital B2C environment, ideally in fintech, digital
- banking or edutech.
- Track record in developing and delivering multi-channel short-form engagement campaigns - ability to create succinct short-form messaging/copy yourself.
- Highly data-driven, strong data skills, using metrics to analyse and segment our customers based on their behaviours and needs
- Self-starter, with proven ability to take an idea through design, delivery and optimisation
- Hugely customer-focused with a passion for great customer journeys and for quality of execution
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of purpose and high integrity
- Used to working successfully under tight project deadlines with minimal oversight
- Good leadership, internal collaboration, project management and communication skills
- Strong team player, ability to work in cross-functional teams with marketing, design, engineering, operations and partners
- Passionate about our vision to provide financial education to young people
- Ideally SQL skills and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
