The Organisation:
Our client is an exciting tech organsiation with core focus in the construction sector. They help people share information and build knowledge in a secure environment in the cloud. Every day, people all over the world use the platform to manage their projects and supply chains collaboratively to get the information they need – when and where they need it.
Role:
This role will be responsible for management of the reseller companies globally. With this, it is expected that the individual develops a strong network of partners to work, focusing immediately on the establishment of more geographically diverse revenue streams. This will need to be achieved with the sourcing and implementation of a number of indirect sales channels.
The success of this immediate focus, will be followed by a requirement to: continually acquire and manage additional partner companies reselling the product or delivering services; manage of existing software partner integrations, expanding the type and range of integrated software as well as overseeing the standard connectors allowing new companies to integrate; and the sourcing and management of industry partners to support the development and reputation of the business.

- Identify indirect sales channels through partnerships that will be able to support the business in new markets generate a more diversified revenue portfolio geographically
- Work with the CEO and CoS in the implementation of the indirect sales channels
- Build a network of partners that supplement the revenue generated from the existing direct sales teams
- Define an overall indirect sales strategy
- Manage the newly source partners, setting targets and conducting reviews on progress
- Identify strategic software partners for integration into the platform
- Establish a complimentary set of integrations to the platform, in doing so strengthening the position of the business within existing, but also new markets
- Source partner organisations that can enhance the brand particularly within the public sector of new markets
- Oversee the adherence of the business to the standards and criteria of new industry partners that will strengthen our standing within new markets.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and proactive with a strong drive for results.
- Global management experience
- Experience with leading, developing and building of teams of sales managers and executives.
- A structured approach to sales leadership adding value through training, mentoring, coaching of teams and high potential individuals.
- Able to set and manage appropriate KPIs.
- Exceptional inter-personal and professional relationship building skills.
- At ease at all levels and with all stakeholders in the business.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment without the structure of a large corporate.
