We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate for a prestigious multi-asset private equity firm. Based in Dubai and owned by British nationals who have a diversified portfolio of investments.

The Role:
This is a rare opportunity for a Junior Associate to join a team of talented, dynamic, and supportive team members. We are looking for someone that can add value to the business with their hard work, motivation, attitude, and team spirit. Requirements:- Experience with speaking to prospective clients on the phone
- Sales ability/experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Native command of English language (other languages are a benefit)
- Able to identify clients’ needs and objection handling
- A team player and demonstrable proof of this
- A desire to progress your career with the firm
- Must be presentable and smart
- Hardworking, engaging, and high energy
- Adopt the company culture
- Positive, results-driven attitude with a ‘can do’ approach
- Determined & highly motivated
- Previous financial sector experience is a bonus but not necessary
