With marketing playing a pivotal role in the organisation's growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Campaign Manager to join the team and drive impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that generate engagement, enquiries, and business growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager and managing a Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across priority sectors and brand activities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and the wider commercial team, you will develop and deliver campaigns that grow awareness, generate demand, and support organisations at every stage of their accreditation journey.

- Translate marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans with clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate activity across the marketing team.
- Line manage and support the Marketing Executive, providing coaching, direction, and development.
- Brief and manage internal teams and external agencies across design, content, paid media, and creative production.
- Oversee paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, working with agency partners to optimise performance.
- Manage email marketing programmes and nurture journeys within HubSpot.
- Coordinate audience segmentation, automation, and retargeting activities to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Support the creation of campaign assets including landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, articles, videos, and thought leadership content.
- Coordinate marketing support for webinars, roundtables, networking events, and partnership initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations to optimise results.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, enquiry volume, and cost efficiencies.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurture programmes.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- A broad marketing background spanning paid media, email marketing, content, events, social, and partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working with agencies and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Previous experience managing, mentoring, or developing junior marketers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing competing priorities.
- UK-based with willingness to travel when required.
Desirable
- Understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles.
- Experience with retargeting strategies and multi-touch attribution models.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance.
The Person
- You are a proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical execution. You understand how to build campaigns that engage audiences, generate demand, and deliver measurable business results.
- You are equally comfortable creating campaign strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver activity. You thrive on collaboration, enjoy managing stakeholders, and know how to bring together teams and agency partners to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- You are data-driven, commercially aware, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance. Most importantly, you are passionate about creating meaningful marketing campaigns that support business growth and make a positive impact.
