They are looking for a Customer Success and Sponsorship Manager who understands how media is created and distributed and to be an integral part of their growth both in terms of revenue and profile within the worldwide media industry.

The Role
You will work directly with the CEO, CTO and COO and lead our Sponsorship and Customer Success programme. This will bring you into daily contact with senior leaders from an unparalleled range of media companies - from major international broadcasters and global technology giants to a huge range of hardware and software vendors, startups, and production companies.
What will you be doing?- Set the overall vision and strategic plan for ensuring Customer Success.
- Work with member companies to increase engagement, ensuring more individuals engage more deeply with them and driving more value for members.
Build relationships with key individuals in their member companies, notably the Marketing leaders and other key stakeholders- Be a public face for the organisation, present at a range of company and industry events to meet members, build and maintain relationships, and evangelise the work of the company.
- Lead our efforts to deliver an outstanding member experience, building member loyalty.
- Drive growth of their membership by securing renewals and reducing churn.
- Collaborate with our technology team to build and use the tools necessary to measure and report engagement, helping us measure ROI.
- Lead the sales of sponsorship opportunities around our events and insight work, leveraging your relationships with members and your understanding of the value we can deliver to them.
- Support the Business Development Manager in driving membership growth.
- Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters, securing and leading new business meetings.
Skills and experience
To be successful:- Outstanding interpersonal skills that will make you an effective member of our team and respected by our customers.
- An ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Excellent account management and customer success skills. You will have 5 or more years working in account management or a related area.
- A demonstrable understanding of new business development.
- Experience developing and executing a customer success strategy that delivers against business objectives.
- A broad understanding of how media is created and distributed, and knowledge of some of the best-known companies.
- Great writing skills.
- An ability to work to deadlines.
