Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 base salary (DOE) Achievable OTE of £110,000.
Location: South Devon - Office based 3 days - WFH 1-3 days

The Company
TDRC is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing entertainment company that provides live entertainment to global brands and events. The team of 20+ account managers are based within UK, Italy, Spain, the Middle East, New York, and Las Vegas with the Head office in Devon office.
Their mission is to build the biggest and best live entertainment brand in the world by bringing the highest level of entertainment possible to our clients
This is a rare opportunity in the Southwest to join a highly ambitious company in a creative industry reporting into two Managing Directors.
About the role:
Their clients include large corporate brands, global sporting events, governmental institutions, and private individuals. The sales team receive a high volume of inbound leads and are also provided with a client list to build relationships with and from which to generate business. Your role will be to increase the conversion of inbound leads into sales, and to ensure that the team are maximising opportunities from their client list.
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and driven sales manager. You must be a natural motivator of people to lead a yearlong project with a team of 20+ International Account Managers. The team will report directly into you. This is an established team consisting of Account Managers ranging from 10 years of experience in the role through to new hires that will need support and direction.
You will help to deliver a highly motivated sales team, continually improving results given the vast resources at the team's disposal.
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
- A strong record leading a team in sales (creative industry preferred but not essential)
- High level people skills to incorporate international staff of varying experience
- Results driven and experience working in a targeted role
- Experience in managing in a consultative sales team
- Self-starter who uses own initiative
- Ability to interpret data to ensure that the team are maximising opportunities
