The Organisation
TDRC are excited to be working with aglobal leader in security evidence management software. Their systems play a crucial role in the private security sector as well as within healthcare, retail and also within sport.
They are supplying and supporting cameras and software to clients in 40+ countries and have offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong with their international activities growing rapidly.

The Role
You will be leading on the creation of graphic and video asset management in alignment with the marketing strategy across the organisation. This role will cover the creation and project management of video content and graphic design elements to support global marketing campaigns, with a strategic oversight on optimising content for various channels and purposes for both internal and external audiences.
Day-to-day- Lead on managing the strategic requirements of the business for marketing graphic and video assets
- Responsible for directing, shooting, editing and post-production of short-form and long-form video content
- Responsible for creation of graphic assets, marketing collateral and sales support tools across the range of internal and external audiences
- Responsible for maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring adherence across the organization as the creative brand custodian
- Create and then maintain a process for internal project requests to ensure visibility across the organization
- Responsible for creative asset storage, access, and release to internal and external audiences
- Knowledgeable of house written and visual style across internal and external projects
- Analyse content to see what is effective and gain insights into what content we should be creating and how it can be optimized
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital engagement and discover new opportunities for content distribution
- Align with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure all digital assets are SEO-engineered and website optimized
- Align with the Communications & Content Lead for consistency of tone of voice and brand, while providing impact.
Essential- Highly adept with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & After Effects
- 2+ years of graphic design experience
- 2+ years of video creation experience
- Video editing skills (Final Cut or Premiere Pro).

- Maturity and strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Adept to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to develop/train and stay on top of current design and creative trends
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle pressure.
Desirable- Adobe Certified or extensive portfolio
- Strong eye for graphic design
- Solid understanding of branding
- Experience working with animation
- Willing to use own video production equipment (not essential).
