Marketing Specialist – Freelance
Job Type: Temp (sabbatical cover) – from 13th March to 10th June.
Salary: £220 – £270 day rate
Location: London Remote / London White City
Hours / week: 14 – 21 hours (2 – 3 days per week)

Role Overview- You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of lifecycle marketing activities for Liquitex and Snazaroo to support business goals and KPIs

- Work in tandem with brand and paid media teams to develop gated content incentives / lead generation campaigns to drive database growth targets
- Collaborate with paid media team, leveraging data within our CDP to optimise ad-spend and generate look-a-like, prospecting, and retargeted audiences
- Work with brand and commercial teams to identify relevant content, products, and promotions that offer unique value for each lifecycle segment, driving customer retention and loyalty
- Leverage CDP data within your own lifecycle campaigns to improve personalisation and performance (e.g. behavioural-driven product recommendations, dynamic HTML blocks & snippets)
- Develop well thought out AB test strategies, including a clear hypothesis and measurement framework, regularly sharing learnings with other stakeholders to inform future content and comms
- Support web / product owners with implementation of relevant roadmap projects / tasks such as cart and product page optimisations
- End-to-end ownership and execution of email marketing calendar (brand marketing emails)
- Deliver monthly, and quarterly performance reports, sharing actionable insights and recommendations
- Day-to-day management of customer database (CDP), ensuring data and events captured are of high quality and being used effectively within customer segments, campaigns, and reports
- Inhouse customer lifecycle/email marketing expert – providing ad-hoc consultancy, training and support to brand and local marketing specialists
Experience
· Experience using Customer Data Platforms / CRM software and Email Service Providers (ESPs).
· Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
· Light HTML / CSS / JINJA knowledge preferrable but not essential.
· Understanding of email marketing and content best practice.
· Experience using project management / collaboration tools such as Monday.
· Proficient in MS Office, particular Excel.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Brand and markets: train, upskill, provide consultancy and guidance.
· Digital Specialists: alignment on campaigns and joint CLM / paid initiatives.
· Digital Analyst: discuss strategy and performance and KPIs.
· Head of Digital: support in strategy / planning workshops and projects
