The Role:
I need a highly experienced Senior Content Manager to join a talented team on their journey to transform marketing.
You’ll be working directly with the Group Marketing Director, other members of the marketing team, and many of their 800 team members on several different leading solutions.
They’ve got 101 ideas for content to make their people and solutions come alive, and drive engagement, leads and revenue for the businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Produce content to drive engagement and SQLs for sales
- To write content and also several of the key solutions
- Wide range of formats including: emails, newsletters, social, website, eBooks, posts and articles, interviews, brochures, case studies
- Interacting regularly with steam members/customers - inside and outside our group companies
- Develop a calendar/content plan of various different content categories (articles, blogs, social, promoted social, infographics, video) in order to ensure a regular flow of content output
- Come up with creative and compelling content ideas and topics – both yourself and in brainstorms with others
- Working creatively with our experienced graphic designer in producing the actual output
- Maximise engagement – work with marketing colleagues to ensure our content is presented in the most effective way to maximise CTA, dwell time, engagement, sign up, follows and likes, CTR etc
- Develop, measure and regularly track content KPIs which show the effectiveness of content against the objectives set, and against the content strategy.
What we are looking for- Minimum of 5 years experience as content creator and writer in B2B
- 5 years in SaaS/tech
- 100% accuracy of written output
- Please note maritime experience is not required
- Experience of working with internal and external senior stakeholders to drive content
- Super organised and ability to spin lots of plates
- Ability to understand in detail all our products, their benefits, customer personas – effectively to become a product expert
