Marketing Specialist – SEO/Performance
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: upto £40,000-£42,000 + package
Location: Remote WHF (commute to London 1-2 times a week as a guide)

The Key Role Functions:
Our client is looking for an SEO Manager to lead and coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success. You will be an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.
Responsibilities:
Your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions. As Social Media Specialist your key responsibilities will include:- Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy for the company in partnership with the Director of Marketing
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content, working across a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Working across organic social media with paid media incorporated where appropriate
- Getting creative with campaigns and ensuring maximum outreach for each post
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Inside Sales teams, as well as Client Account Directors
- Work with Copywriters and Designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Web Developer - Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation
- Use social media marketing and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Reporting regularly to senior management on performance, and provide constructive feedback
Experience:- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reportingFamiliarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMRush, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web
- analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge in digital performance channels and a really good hands-on knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Ability to manage agency performance and work with multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a close attention to detail.
- Significant experience of running campaigns across the full digital marketing mix.
- Demonstrable experience and expertise with enterprise analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and online data analysis.
- Self-motivated, organised and detail-oriented; enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.
