Job Type:       Permanent
Salary:             £42,000 -  44,000 + 4K realistic bonus (Uncapped)                               
Location:         London Hybrid/WFH  3days a week in the Office

The Role
'Are you looking for the next step in your digital marketing career and want to join an ambitious, high-performing team that is fun to work with? You will be part of a team that's striving for excellence and takes pride in delivering strong commercial results for the business.
As Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and building lead generation assets, campaigns and prospect nurturing programs that drive our commercial performance across the region. This includes working closely and collaboratively with marketing colleagues locally, regionally and at Group and specialist agencies to drive excellence across marketing automation in NEUR and lead generation locally.
 

Main tasks
1. Contribute to the development of an integrated marketing strategy to acquire new customers and retain clients via marketing automation programs
2. Work proactively with Local Digital Marketers to create lead generation campaign plans and roadmaps to support telemarketing and sales
3. Create customer engagement programs to facilitate retention and boost NPS, and prospect nurturing programs to drive call ready leads and build our email databases
6. Create best-in-class emails in collaboration with local Content Managers, testing new email marketing templates, techniques, and messages to optimise campaign performance.
7. Collaborate with local colleagues both on the ideation of campaigns and on the design and copy/content part of campaigns
8. Analyse and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, e.g., tweaks to nurture steams, email copy and web form layouts
8. Develop an advanced understanding of the lead management process, ensure it is implemented to best effect and optimised wherever possible
9. Work with Lead local Marketers to develop local lead scoring frameworks that utilises the Group program to inform call-readiness of lead
9. Own the maintenance of specified OE workspaces
10. Work proactively with local marketers to identify segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic, and firmographic characteristics



Experience
  • 3-5 years' experience of email marketing and direct marketing
  • Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo), its features, reporting and integration with SalesForce
  • A mix of creative and analytical attributes
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Transversal project management skills
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to develop strong working relationships across the Region and Group
