The Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead on all aspects of marketing and digital story telling for this growing business in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail marketeer who likes the variety and can-do culture of an entrepreneurial business.

What will you be doing?
  • Championing and embedding the brand internally and externally
  • Researching, developing, and delivering an integrated marketing strategy
  • (including branding, online, PR and social media) to support the sales funnel for the business
  • Researching, developing, and delivering a digital storytelling and content strategy (multi-channel, adaptable and with appropriate audience-led tone and content) to build a community of engaged customers and brand advocates
  • Representing the customer experience in strategic decisions for the company.
  • Reporting to the Board on brand and marketing issues
  • Creating collateral and content for the marketing strategy, including the website and social media
  • Working with the Managing Director and Sales Manager and helping develop materials to facilitate the B2B sales process
  • Identifying, negotiating, and managing suitable partnerships for Hully, including promotional opportunities and events like trade fairs, festivals and pop ups, and working with online influencers
  • Cultivating an online community and advocates for their  brand
  • Planning and participating in the launch of new products
  • Developing, conducting, and maintaining the market research for their market segment and customers, including feedback surveys, to gain insights into our customer’s experience
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives
  • Managing external suppliers and freelancers, as needed
  • Maintaining social media channels, with support from the Customer Care Specialist.

Key Attributes
  • Support a company’s sales activities, including knowledge of the latest digital
marketing trends and technologies
  • Experience of developing a digital community of brand advocates in order to
boost sales through social media
  • Experience of, or interest in, the retail sector and home lifestyle products
  • Ability to manage a budget and external supplier to maximum effect
  • Market research skills and the ability to gain insight into the customers’ needs
and experiences
  • Accurate analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating effective marketing
strategies, including a working knowledge of SEO, website analytics, social media
platforms and digital advertising
  • Creativity and an eye for design and detail to deliver compelling content and
sales material for social and print media
  • Excellent team working skills, including being a good communicator, problem
solver and collaborator
