What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will partner with the Executive Managing Director/Occupier Services EMEA and the Chief Marketing Officer/EMEA to develop and drive key marketing initiatives for lead generation, conversion, and drive growth in client engagement with occupier enterprises across EMEA. This presents a unique opportunity for an emerging and enterprising marketing expert to join.
The role will involve managing campaigns and content for this leading regional business line, internal and external communications strategy, and championing a high-quality client engagement tool kit and strategy for key accounts.
  • Deliver marketing and communications strategy and tactical plan for Occupier Services. liaison point of contact for marketing and communications programs with service line leaders for Occupier Services in EMEA and national stakeholders.
 
  • Produce Occupier Services collaterals for branding and client engagement, partnering with skills leaders across content, creative, digital and research in the EMEA marketing and communications team.
 
  • Lead and manage a hybrid programme of major industry and owned client events, in
collaboration with EMEA and national marketing teams.
 
  • Contribute to and execute client engagement strategy and continue to explore and develop new initiatives to support the Occupier Services business plan.
 
  • Coordinate regional lead generation campaigns and develop relevant ROI metrics to measure the success of each campaign. Act as the custodian of Occupier Services content on owned and earned channels and regularly review and update this info. In addition, look to recommend other digital initiatives to promote the Occupier Services capabilities to clients and prospects.
 
  • Create and maintain a track record library, case studies, presentations, and templates to assist with the pitching and presentation process, in collaboration with our Business Development Centre team.
 
  • Understand and maintain the company Brand Guidelines, policies and approval protocols and apply these to all projects. Work as an extension of EMEA marketing team as a brand guardian for the company’s Occupier Services in EMEA.


Qualifications
  •  
  • Degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field. Knowledge and experience in professional service firms, with expertise in Occupier Services markets and/or workplace preferred.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and with good digital working knowledge.
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop) usage is advantageous.
  • Preferably with experience in email and social marketing, website, and content management.
  • Ability to thrive working in teams and highly capable in stakeholder management.

  • Well-honed ability to lead business development strategy and initiatives to identify, pursue, win, and grow client accounts through both Key Account and marketing initiatives.
  • Programme management of Occupier Services content and service marketing initiatives, and development of talking points for pitch / spokesperson briefings.
  • Seeks opportunities to continually gather intelligence on clients, markets, cross business relationships and share insights.

  • Connects and coaches Occupier Services client engagement skills across a matrix of in-country marketing and business development team members,
  • leading regional initiative to develop cross-border opportunities.
  • Partners with the pan-regional business line, global, inter-region and EMEA local market OS stakeholders.
  • Constructive and effective feedback upon matrix stakeholders’ work, can explain and influence client engagement direction.

Strategic, Deliverable Thinking
  • A problem-solver creates strategic marketing programmes to deliver targeted business results through highly engaging client initiatives.
  • Conceives, cultivates and crafts stories from the business to support company and service positioning strategy and successfully engage clients.
  • Communicates corporate, business-line and thematic agendas to multiple sectors of audiences, external
  • and internal.

Platform Management
  • Comprehensive market and client intelligence gathering and share to stakeholders
  • Marketing engagement with responsibility for direct client communications and marketing, measuring impact and implementing tactics for improvement.
  • Expertise in data management for business in third party and Colliers’ platforms.

Project Management
  • Manages and activates regional initiatives with regional marketing and in market business line and marketing stakeholders.
  • Effective and efficient business service partner, communicating feedback to business teams and senior management.
  • Manages relationships with stakeholders at all levels to build strong collaborative relationships.
  • Sets, tracks, and meets milestones to deliver complete and successful campaigns.
