The Role:
This first-class business are looking for an ambitious PPC and Paid Social Manager to take the existing channel to the next level. This is an exciting and unique role within an in-house digital marketing team. The successful candidate will have experience in developing successful paid social media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok,YouTube and LinkedIn. You will know how to use data and a test-driven approach to optimise and grow the channel and meet companywide objectives.
Responsibilities:
Full ownership of the Paid Social Media and PPC channel.
Create and implement a paid social media strategy to grow revenue and build brandawareness whilst effectively managing ROAS targets.
Create and implement a strategy to optimise and launch various PPC campaigns whilstworking to a target ROI.
Work closely with our in-house designer to deliver creative tailored to the audience.
Use data and a test-driven approach to optimise and grow the channel. Extensive testingon audiences, ad copy and creative.
Oversee accounts on paid advertising platforms e.g. Google adwords, Bing, Display,Programmatic, Paid Social.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working in close alignment with the marketingteam across all channels to deliver campaigns.
Reporting of KPIs including conversion funnels and LTV to identify issues andopportunities for growth. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders.
Create engaging and relevant ad copy to boost campaign conversion.
Stay abreast of current and upcoming trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Identify new opportunities within the channel.
Implement and improve tracking including use of offline conversion tracking tools.
Requirements:
- Considerable experience as a Paid Social Manager
- Experience managing a PPC campaign
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in GSuite or MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/BA in a Digital Media or related certification is an advantage
